Larry Hudson Chevrolet Buick GMC is a well-established, family-run dealership that has proudly served our local communities for over 40 years. We are committed to delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming, supportive environment for both our clients and team members.
We are looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team full-time. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers—both in person and over the phone—and provide vital administrative support to our sales and accounting teams.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a warm and professional manner
- Answer and direct incoming calls
- Process customer payments accurately
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks
- Perform light accounting duties as needed
- Daily vehicle licencing
What We’re Looking For
- Strong computer and data entry skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- A positive and customer-focused attitude
Schedule
Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM (this may change based on the needs of the dealership)

Qualifications
- Secondary School diploma (preferred)
- 1 year of administrative experience (preferred)
- French not required
