About the Role:
We are seeking a well-organized and approachable Receptionist / HR Assistant to manage front-desk duties, support administrative tasks, and assist the HR department with routine operations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask efficiently in a dynamic office environment.
Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written) is required for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner
Answer and route incoming phone calls and emails
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area
Provide administrative support to management and other departments
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Maintain organized filing systems (both physical and digital)
Assist with general office operations and tasks as needed
HR Support Responsibilities:
Assist in recruitment activities (e.g. scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates)
Maintain employee records and HR-related documentation
Support onboarding and offboarding processes
Help track employee attendance, leaves, and other HR metrics
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Professional appearance and demeanor
High attention to detail and discretion when handling confidential information
Prior experience or basic knowledge of HR processes is a plus
