We are currently looking for a personable and detail-oriented Receptionist / Office Coordinator to support our day-to-day office operations and provide a welcoming front-desk experience.

Role Description:
As the Receptionist / Office Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, while also playing a key role in keeping the office running smoothly. You will manage front desk operations, assist various departments with administrative tasks, and help create a professional and organized environment. This position is ideal for someone who is friendly, dependable, and enjoys supporting a team through strong communication and organization skills.

Role & Responsibilities:

Greet visitors, clients, and vendors with professionalism and warmth.

Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails.

Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors for reorders or maintenance needs.

Organize and manage office files and records, both digital and paper-based.

Assist with scheduling, coordinating meetings, and preparing materials for staff as needed.

Support onboarding by preparing workstations and welcome materials for new employees.

Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries.

Ensure common areas are clean, stocked, and organized.

Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1+ year of experience in an administrative, receptionist, or customer-facing role.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Professional phone and email etiquette.

Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfort with basic office technology.

Friendly and professional demeanor with a customer service mindset.

Ability to multitask and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in an office coordination, administrative, or front desk role.

Familiarity with CRM systems or scheduling tools.

Interest in or exposure to industrial or construction environments is a plus but not required.

Job Type: Full-time, Mon-Fri (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM)

Pay Range: $20 – $23 per hour DOE
