Join Our Team as a Receptionist/ Scale Operator!
Are you a friendly and organized individual with excellent communication skills? Do you enjoy providing exceptional customer service and managing a variety of tasks with efficiency and accuracy? If so, we are looking for someone like you to join our team at Dakota Hardscape Supply in Harrisburg SD , starting as soon as June 9th!
Hours: Monday-Friday 12PM-5PM, Sat 8AM-12PM
This is a seasonal position, our season ends around December
Rate: $18.00 – $21.00/Hour

Responsibilities:
Welcome and greet customers and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
Answer phone calls and emails, and provide accurate information or transfer inquiries to the appropriate department
Operate the scale to weigh incoming and outgoing trucks, and accurately record and maintain records of materials
Assist with data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks as needed
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
