Job Description

Greeting and welcoming visitors in a professional and friendly manner. Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate person or department. Maintaining a clean and organized reception area. Scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings. Managing incoming and outgoing mail and packages. Maintaining office supplies and inventory. Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping. Providing general administrative support to the team.

Desired Candidate Profile

High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience as a receptionist or secretary preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent verbal and written

communication skills
