We’re hiring a Receptionist / Transportation Coordinator to join our team. As the first point of contact for our Skilled Nursing Facility, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, scheduling resident transportation, and performing various administrative tasks. Role:

Greet visitors, families, and the general public in a professional and courteous manner

Control the switchboard/intercom system and answer incoming phone calls

Schedule resident transportation for various clinical and community-based appointments

Receive and screen calls for assigned Department Heads

Assist residents with questions and refer them to the necessary personnel as required

Sort and distribute mail for staff and residents

Utilize a specialized software to perform daily tasks
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required
-
Previous customer service experience

Basic technical skills
-
Minimum of 1 year of experience as a receptionist or transportation coordinator or a related role, preferably in healthcare or long-term care
