ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, self-driven professional to join our team as a Recruiter, Scheduler, and Office Admin. This role is fully remote and essential to growing our organization and keeping daily operations running smoothly. RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruiting
- Source, screen, and interview candidates using our in-house software and job search platforms
- Guide new hires through onboarding, paperwork, and training
- Serve as an advocate for both new and established employees
Scheduling
- Manage caregiver and client appointments — adding, modifying, and canceling as needed
- Resolve scheduling conflicts and ensure optimal staff coverage
- Communicate with caregivers and clients via phone and email to confirm and follow up on appointments
- Generate schedules and reports as requested by leadership
Office Administration
- Maintain accurate records and data entry
- Support day-to-day office operations and uphold company standards
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Highly organized with sharp attention to detail
- Comfortable multitasking and problem-solving in real time
- Proficient in data entry, scheduling software, and report generation
- A team player who leads with kindness and professionalism
- Ability to work both collaboratively as part of a team and independently with minimal supervision
- Fluency in WellSky software required
- Prior experience working with a home care agency required
- Reliable home office setup with stable internet connection

- Fully Remote
- 4 x 10-hour shifts | Tuesday – Friday | 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM PST
- Overtime available | Occasional on-call required
