Job Summary
A part-time, seasonal Recruiting Admin Specialist handles administrative tasks associated with the recruitment process to ensure an efficient and smooth hiring process. These tasks include managing candidate databases, scheduling interviews, and processing paperwork.
Top 5 Responsibilities
Organize and manage candidate information, resumes, and applications
Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers and candidates
Prepare and distribute interview material
Handle candidate communications, answering questions and providing updates
Additional Responsibilities
Assist with job fairs and networking events
Support HR and the talent team
Assists with the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
Job Requirements (Qualifications, Skills, & Education)
Must be at least 18 years of age
High School diploma or equivalent
Must pass a satisfactory background check
This role requires working on-site, and shifts are available between 8:30 AM and 5:30 PM.
Professional appearance and presence in the workplace at all times
Self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and able to anticipate needs
Proficient with technology and various software tools
Strong communication skills with supervisors, employees, and customers
Efficient time management and ability to meet deadlines
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Physical Requirements and Environmental Factors
Able to walk/Move inside or outside for more than 6 hours per day if required
Able to communicate with customers and team members
Able to move up to 20 lbs.
Able to complete work in moderate noise and other potential sensory stimulants
Able to complete assignments during extended periods of viewing computer screens
