The candidate will be operating from the client’s office. In pursuit of this, we are seeking to hire an exceptional ‘ Recruitment Coordinator ‘ to join our RPO Talent Acquisition team with our

exciting

new client within the Insurance sector. The coordinator is a key member of our team, responsible for all aspects of coordination and administration activity for the end-to-end hiring process.

You will be a point of contact for candidates and hiring managers during the recruitment process. The RC will partner directly with hiring managers, candidates, and recruiters to ensure all logistics related to scheduling are managed professionally. This position demands an outstanding ability to multitask as well as superior organizational and time management skills. It requires an individual who always understands the necessity for confidentiality and

Key responsibilities:

Support

the interview process

and calendar management activities, ensuring an efficient and effective service is delivered to all involved in the hiring process. Coordinate candidate interviews, including sending meeting invites, booking rooms, organizing Video Conferencing via various platforms like MS-teams, Zoom, Google meet or ATS. Track, update and maintain candidate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS) in real time. Manage job postings process internally and externally as applicable in a timely and accurate manner ensuring

quality control

of information displayed and brand image.

Takes ownership of complete client and candidate experience management throughout

the interview process

. Manage relationship with different stakeholders (internal & external) across the APAC/US regions and time zones. Skills, Qualifications &

Experience:

Previous administration/coordination/scheduling experience is essential. Maintaining schedules and calendars for high volume requirements is a plus, experience scheduling 30-40 interviews per day.
