Teleperformance Indonesia is looking for an HR Recruitment Staff to join our growing team in Yogyakarta.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the end to nd recruitment process
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels
- Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Administer recruitment assessments and evaluate candidate results
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve hiring targets
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or a related field
- Minimum GPA of 3.00
- Experience in recruitment is preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
- Fast learner and able to work under pressure
- Understand the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing and assessment
- Familiar with psychological assessment tools is a plus
- Fluent in English
- Ready to join immediately
