We are looking for a Regional Admin Officer in Mansehra, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan, who will play a key role in ensuring smooth regional operations, administrative excellence, and compliance with BAT’s global standards.

Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth operation of BAT Leaf and other IT systems in the region.
- Coordinate all regional administrative activities and logistics.
- Assist management in budget preparation and financial monitoring.
- Maintain records and documentation in line with company policies and ISO standards.
- Support the Regional Manager in EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) compliance.
- Oversee logistics of tobacco movement from depots/storages to GLT.
- Facilitate internal and external audits within the region.
- Organize events, conferences, and official visits efficiently.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in a relevant administrative or coordination role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
- Certifications such as Microsoft Certified Software Engineer or Oracle certification are a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent command over English and Urdu (spoken and written).
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of Leaf Area Standing Instructions, EHS policies, and company procedures.
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
