Regional Business Office Manager – Nursing Home
Located in Ohio
Salary:$100K – $130K ;Based on prior experience
**Strongly prefer candidates based out of Cleveland, OH or Pittsburgh, PA**
Qualifications:
Must have prior experience as a Regional Business Office Manager
Must have long term care/skilled nursing experience
Strong financial management experience with ability to develop, manage and lead full complement of financial responsibilities
Previous leadership experience where primary role was development or improvement of financial business operations and processes
Proven track record of success facilitating progressive organizational change and/or restructuring.
Strong communication and relationship building skills with proven ability to cultivate and sustain internal and external relationships.
Resilient, self-starter, change agent and ability to work with ambiguity.
Responsibilities:
Manages all business functions and personnel including but not limited to accounts receivable, accounts payable, resident trust funds and other assigned duties
Ensures the financial systems are accurate, efficient, and in accordance with professional accounting practices and governmental regulations
Possesses current knowledge of accounts receivable management, basic accounting procedures, insurance/third party billing procedures, and computerized office system operation
