Roles and Responsibilities
Identify, develop new projects and administer existing units
Land Acquisition, Space, Property/Estate Management & Facilities Administration
Projects and Maintenance
Oversee General Administrative aspects other than Academics as an Functional Head
Managing, training and grooming of Admin teams
Stakeholders Management, Building Meaningful Relations and Partnerships
Facilities Management
Safety and Security
Liaison with local bodies and external agencies
Agreements, Compliances and Legal affairs + Grievances Handling
Administrative Operations and Assist School Heads/Academic & Regional Teams
Budgeting and Finance Management, oversee expenses and Control and MIS
Transportation and Fleet Management & Logistics
Public Relations and Services management
Coordinate with Support Functions/HODs
Management of various Events, Tours and visits of students and staff, guests etc
Oversee all administrative affairs and responsible for all relevant duties other than above as a competent authority
Reports to Management
Desired Candidate Profile
Graduate with excellent
communication skills
Must speak Marathi – mandatory
Proven track record
with more than 20+ yrs experience in General Administration, Projects, Multiple Branches, Handling Teams
Preferably served in Senior Managerial/Head etc Roles
Preferably from
Education
Industry or Ex-Defense sector
Open to relocate within Maharashtra
Age between 45 to 50 years
