Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Registration and Prequalification Officer to
join our team
on a temporary basis. Thesuccessful candidate will be responsible for managing theregistration and prequalification process for our clients ensuringthat all necessary documents and information are collected andverified accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and assess clientregistration and prequalification requirements Gather and verify all necessary documents and information fromclients  Maintain accurate and uptodate clientrecords and databases  Communicate with clientsto obtain any missing information or clarification on submitteddocuments  Conduct background checks and verifythe authenticity of submitted documents
Maintain and update the companys registrationwith relevant government entities municipalities and industryregulators in the UAE.Ensure timely renewalof licenses permits and certifications.
Liaise withgovernment agencies and PROs for compliance requirements and issueresolution.
Prepare and submitregistration and prequalification packages toclients  Follow up with clients onthe status of their registration and prequalificationprocess  Provide support and guidance to clientson the registration and prequalification process Ensure compliance with all relevant laws regulations andcompany policies  Collaborate with other teammembers to continuously improve the registration andprequalification process
Qualifications:
5 years of experiencein registration licensing or prequalification processes preferablyin government and semi government organizations.. Familiarity with UAE regulatory and clientprequalification requirements is essential. Strong
attention to detail
and ability to accurately verifyinformation  Excellent
communication
andinterpersonal skills  Proficient in Microsoft Office and database management  Ability to workindependently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Fluency in English both written and verbal Arabic language skills are a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Power Point ).
