The Regulatory Compliance Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that all business operations across Taman Safari Indonesia comply with applicable laws, regulations, permits, and internal policies. This role oversees regulatory compliance, licensing, inspections, and reporting to minimize legal and operational risks while supporting sustainable business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and ensure compliance with all applicable national and local regulations related to tourism, wildlife conservation, hospitality, food & beverage, environmental protection, labor, and general business operations.
  • Manage and maintain all business licenses, operational permits, environmental permits, and other statutory approvals, ensuring timely renewals and compliance.
  • Develop and maintain a regulatory compliance calendar to monitor permit renewals, reporting deadlines, and other regulatory obligations.
  • Conduct periodic compliance inspections across parks, hotels, resorts, wildlife conservation facilities, and other business units.
  • Coordinate with government authorities, regulatory agencies, and external stakeholders regarding licensing, inspections, audits, and regulatory matters.
  • Monitor changes in laws and regulations, assess their impact on the business, and communicate updates to management and relevant departments.
  • Investigate compliance issues, identify regulatory risks, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of permits, inspections, audit findings, regulatory reports, and official correspondence.
  • Support internal and external audits related to legal and regulatory compliance.
  • Prepare regular compliance reports and provide recommendations to strengthen the company's compliance framework.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote compliance awareness and ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Law, Business Administration, Public Policy, Environmental Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in regulatory compliance, corporate compliance, legal compliance, licensing, or a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian laws and regulations related to tourism, hospitality, environmental protection, wildlife conservation, labor, and business licensing.
  • Experience liaising with government agencies and regulatory authorities.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk assessment skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and compliance documentation/reporting.
  • Able to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
