As a Remote Data Capture Operator at Aspe-South LLC, you will be responsible for accurately capturing and inputting data into our systems. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data, helping us make informed business decisions. This is a remote position, allowing for flexibility and the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately capture and input data into designated systems
Review data for errors, duplicate entries, and missing information
Update and maintain existing data within the systems
Collaborate with team members to resolve any data discrepancies or issues
Ensure security and confidentiality of all data and information
Meet daily and weekly data entry goals
Communicate effectively with team members and management
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; some post-secondary education preferred
Proven data entry experience or related field
Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry software
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and remotely
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Flexible and adaptable to changes in workload and processes
Experience with healthcare or medical data is a plus
