Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Operator to join our dynamic team. As a Data Entry Operator, you will be responsible for accurately entering data, maintaining databases, and ensuring data integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter and update member information accurately and efficiently into databases
Verify data by reviewing, correcting, deleting or re-entering information
Keep track of received data and source documents
Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested
Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation
Sort, organize and file documents after data entry
Respond to queries and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Follow data program techniques and procedures to achieve established service and accuracy levels
Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure efficiency and accuracy
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven 1-year work experience as a Data Entry Operator preferred
Excellent typing and data entry skills with an eye for detail
Familiarity with MS Office and data programs
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
High level of integrity and strong work ethics
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with banking or financial data entry is an asset
This is a full-time position, which can be done remotely or in our office located in Geauga County.
