- Process bookings, modifications, and cancellations accurately.
- Provide information on rates, availability, and hotel services.
- Maintain reservation records in the system.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.
- Deliver excellent customer service and achieve reservation targets.
