Roles and Responsibilities

As the Resident Liaison Officer, your responsibilities will include but will not be limited to :

* Being the first point of contact for the residents either face to face or over the telephone

* Liaising with the residents on a daily basis to ensure they are happy with works being carried out /completed

* Travelling between multiple sites

* Organising and carrying out surveys, including liaising with kitchen suppliers/designers

* Progress reporting and management of KPI’s

* General administration duties as the projects require.(eg manage client portals, progress reports, asbestos management, all appointments etc)

* Answering the telephone

* Diary management

* Office filing

* Working closely with Contract and Site Management

Person Specification:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications, experience, and attributes:

* Previous experience in a similar role

* Great

* Proficient in IT and Microsoft Office

* Excellent

* Ability to prioritise workloads and communicate well to keep all stakeholders updated
