Job Description
Are you highly organized, detail‑oriented and enjoy working in a support role? We are seeking a motivated Residential Conveyancing Administration Assistant to join our busy residential conveyancing team. The role is office‑based and requires you to work from our central Cheltenham office.
You will support the conveyancing department by opening new client matters, scanning residential post and allocating it to client files, and providing general administrative support to the team.
Responsibilities
- Open new client files for residential conveyancing matters.
- Scan residential post and upload the documents to client files.
- Assist with general administrative tasks for the conveyancing team.
- Work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines.
Qualifications
- Experience in a support role within conveyancing or other areas of the legal sector.
- Strong communication and time‑management skills.
- Highly organized with a high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case‑management systems (training provided).
