Position: Residential Maintenance Scheduler Role

• Schedule appointments with existing clients
• Answer phone inquiries and respond to emails

• Communicate schedules effectively with technicians
Requirements:
• High School Diploma is required
• University or College education is a plus
• Bilingualism in English and French is an asset
• Previous HVAC customer service experience preferred
• Proficient in Word and Excel
