In this position you will…

Be one of the owners and key builders shaping CRM usage, revenue and pipeline insights, and technology adoption across the APAC organization. You will oversee regional sales team’s on CRM best practices & management, maintain the sales systems SOP’s, and provide country-level visibility on sales process and pipeline health.

You will be responsible for…

1. Salesforce Administration & Enhancement

  • Support the Enablement lead in CRM oversight, management, and user training.
  • Own the scoping, build, and development of new features (objects, flows, validations, etc.).
  • Identify and deploy new tools to streamline the sales process and reduce administrative burden.

2. Data, Analytics & Revenue Intelligence

  • Serve as the first point of contact for all sales data, CRM, and reporting requests.
  • Maintain reporting dashboards and key deal information to support regular pipeline reviews and leadership meetings.
  • Actively track cross-market pipeline trends (by country, industry, product) to report on PMF signals or challenges.
  • Ensure "North Star" metrics are properly tracked and maintained with high data integrity.

3. Process Standardization & Documentation

  • Perform cross-market analysis to create standardized practices and drive regional efficiencies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the Sales Toolkit (SOPs, CRM documentation) remains up to date.
  • Implement regular reporting and analysis with a focus on continuous process refinement.

4. Regional Sales Enablement & Support

  • Train regional sales teams on CRM best practices, pipeline management, and dashboard creation.
  • Ensure accuracy across pipeline stages by developing a deep understanding of deal context across all APAC markets.
  • Support the development of sales strategy across APAC markets

You will require the following qualifications and skills

Salesforce & Data Expertise:

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM administration/development, alongside strong data management and analytical skills (including advanced Excel).

B2B Revenue Operations Background:

  • Experience working within Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, or Revenue Strategy, ideally supporting enterprise B2B sales teams.

Process & Communication Skills:

  • A highly structured, detail-obsessed approach to driving process change, with the ability to build clear documentation and presentations (PowerPoint).

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Bonus points if you have:

  • Insurtech industry knowledge
  • An AI-native approach—comfortable leveraging AI tools to accelerate daily tasks
  • Basic coding literacy (understanding programming logic) and comfort using the CLI
