PeopleSync is a Kathmandu-based BPO providing offshore backend support to Australian clients. We are looking for a detail-driven RTO Support Officer to assist our Australian Registered Training Organisation clients with day-to-day operations — from student enrolment to compliance and course contentualisation.
What you'll do
- Manage student records, enrolments, and withdrawals in Axcelerate
- Prepare and process offer letters and enrolment documentation
- Support course contextualisation — adapting learning materials to client context
- Assist with AVETMISS reporting and VET compliance requirements
- Coordinate USI verification and student onboarding checks
- Liaise with trainers, assessors, and Australian RTO clients professionally
- Maintain accurate compliance records and training registers
What we're looking for
- Experience with Axcelerate
- Background in RTO administration or Australian VET sector
- Familiarity with offer letters, enrolment, and student management processes
- Understanding of course contextualisation principles
- Excellent English communication — written and verbal
- Proactive, organised, and able to work autonomously
