We are seeking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Admin to support our commercial operations and merchant onboarding activities. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a structured environment, enjoys coordinating across multiple teams, and takes ownership of administrative processes with accuracy and efficiency.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the sales team by managing merchant onboarding documentation, maintaining trackers and records, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and ensuring timely follow-up on operational activities. This position requires excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Support the end-to-end merchant onboarding process by coordinating documentation and ensuring all requirements are completed accurately and on time.
- Maintain and update sales trackers, reports, databases, and documentation using Microsoft Excel and internal systems.
- Coordinate and follow up with internal departments, including Sales, Finance, Compliance, and Operations, to ensure timely completion of activities.
- Communicate professionally with merchants and external stakeholders to provide updates, collect required information, and resolve administrative queries.
- Organize, maintain, and manage electronic files, folders, and records to ensure accuracy, compliance, and easy accessibility.
- Monitor pending tasks, follow-ups, and deadlines while proactively identifying and resolving administrative gaps to support smooth business operations.
Requirement:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including maintaining trackers, reports, and data.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the confidence to engage with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- A proactive mindset, high attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Adaptable, quick to learn new systems and processes, and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Experience:
- 3–5 years of experience in a corporate environment.
- Previous experience in banking, financial services, retail, e-commerce, telecommunications, payments, or a similar structured industry.
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
