At Premier Roofing Company, we’re looking for a Sales Admin who’s passionate about teamwork, organization, and supporting a winning sales culture. In this role, you’ll be the right hand to our Branch Sales Manager, keeping everything from scheduling to sales support running smoothly—all while bringing positivity, professionalism, and energy to the office each day.
What you’ll do:
Partner closely with the Branch Sales Manager to manage schedules, recruiting, and onboarding
Be the heartbeat of the office—greeting guests, creating a welcoming environment, and driving teammate engagement
Maintain our sales prospect database and keep essential documents, procedures, and systems organized and up to date
Manage daily deposits, expense tracking, and marketing inventory
Prep tools, materials, and reports for our Sales, Production, and Management teams
Support field team operations and help run teammate and community events
Collaborate with other admins and departments to keep our branch running like a well-oiled machine
