I. Key Responsibilities

Business Performance Management:

  • Manage comprehensive monthly revenue tracking and analysis for multiple client portfolios. 
  • Process and analyze financial data from the accounting department to generate departmental revenue reports. 
  • Conduct SWOT analysis of client relationships and develop strategic action plans for revenue optimization. 
  • Prepare revenue forecasting reports and financial projections for business planning. 
  • Coordinate client relationship management activities including gift programs and customer care initiatives. 

Team Development Support:

  • Design and implement team engagement programs such as teambuilding, team bonding, training, and sports activities to strengthen and develop the business development team. 
  • Manage budget planning and expense tracking for business trips and operational activities. 
  • Process invoice payments and ensure financial compliance for departmental expenditures. 
  • Coordinate customer relationship management activities including gift programs and client

II. Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, Management, English Language, or related fields. 
  • Preference for graduates from Foreign Trade University, Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam, or Hanoi University. 
  • 1–3 years of experience as a Business Assistant, Sales Support, Account Executive, or similar role (experience in IT/Outsourcing is an advantage). 
  • Strong proficiency in English (IELTS 6.5+/TOEIC 800+ or equivalent). 
  • Core Skills: Ability to foster team engagement and organize internal events & client care programs. Strong communication, research, reporting, and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). 
  • Preferred: Positive energy, active participation in sports or volunteering activities. Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred). Proficiency in Power BI / Larksuite. Prior experience working with European or multinational clients. 
  • Proactive, ambitious, and capable of working in an international and high◦ pressure
