Sales Administration Executive
Amsafe Bridport is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Administration Executive to join our growing Sales Administration team in Sri Lanka.
The role provides critical administrative and operational support to our global Sales organisation, ensuring customer orders are processed accurately, efficiently, and on time.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and process customer orders from order receipt through to shipment, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
* Coordinate closely with global Sales teams, customers, Production, Planning, Logistics, Finance, and other internal functions.
* Maintain accurate customer and order information within the ERP system.
* Monitor order status, delivery commitments, and outstanding requirements, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
* Support shipment planning and consolidation to improve delivery efficiency and customer service.
* Prepare and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and other business information.
* Assist with customer account administration, payment follow-ups, and other sales-related activities.
* Identify opportunities to improve processes, data accuracy, productivity, and overall customer service.
* Ensure compliance with company procedures, quality standards, and internal controls.
* Support continuous improvement initiatives within the Sales Administration function.
Requirements
* A degree in Business Management or a STEM discipline is MANDATORY.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
* Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
* Ability to work effectively with international teams and customers.
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Good proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
* A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take ownership.
* Previous experience in Sales Administration, Order Management, Customer Service, Supply Chain, or a related field will be an added advantage.
