The Role: Operations Associate
In the insurance world, the details matter. As an Operations Associate, you are the central hub of our daily business. You will manage the flow of information between our agents, clients, and insurance companies to ensure our office runs smoothly and accurately.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the Process: Handling insurance applications and ensuring all data is entered correctly and submitted on time.
- Tracking Paperwork: Following the lifecycle of a file to make sure no deadlines are missed and every document is in place.
- Professional Communication: Serving as a point of contact for clients and partners, maintaining the high standards of our agency.
- Daily Variety: Managing a wide range of tasks that change from day to day, providing essential support to our sales team.
