Responsibilities:
Consult with every guest to recommend services, retail, and membership
Manage appointment scheduling and guest communications via phone, text and email
Accurately process sales and maintain guest records in Mindbody software
Deliver an unforgettable guest experience that drives loyalty
Maintain salon cleanliness & professionalism
What We’re Looking For:
Proven customer service skills (2+ years experience required)
Sales experience highly preferred — experience in a membership-based salon, spa or fitness retail setting is a huge plus
Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems
Professional, polished, reliable
Weekend & evening availability required
Loves a sales challenge — and the reward that comes with it
Schedule:
Part-time, including evenings + weekends
(Shifts within Monday–Thursday 8am–9pm, Friday–Saturday 8am–6pm, Sunday 10am–6pm)
Pay:
$14.00 – $15.00 per hour base
Commission on sales
