We are seeking an organized and driven Sales Coordinator to join our

sales team. The Sales Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the sales team by ensuring efficient

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support: Â Assist the sales team in managing leads, proposals, and follow-up communications with prospects and clients. Order Management: Â Process orders, track delivery schedules, and ensure that
sales targets
are met and orders are delivered on time.
Customer Relationship
Management: Â Maintain accurate and
up-to-date
client records. Ensure
effective communication
with customers, addressing inquiries, providing product information, and resolving issues as needed.
Sales Reporting: Â Prepare regular reports on sales activities, revenue forecasts, and performance metrics for management. Analyze data to identify
opportunities for growth
and improvement. Coordination: Â Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, finance, and logistics to ensure smooth operations and
timely deliveries
. Documentation: Â Prepare and maintain sales documentation, including contracts, agreements, and presentations.
Qualifications:
Excellent
communication skills
, both written and verbal. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and
multitasking
abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Problem-solving skills
with a proactive approach. Experience in a sales support or coordinator role. Excellent proficiency in English, both written and spoken, with a focus on clear and professional

over the phone. Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines in a
fast-paced environment
