The Sales Coordinator under direct supervision, assists in providing timely and effective administrative support to sales, marketing and promotional programs. Must be able to use Microsoft Office, EXCEL and
Customer Relationship
Management software.
Supporting parts team and national accounts teams.
Data is collected from parts teams, NAS, and put into master shared sheet of serial numbers, product information, tracking status of kits, etc.
Must maintain this database, along with update with new information that comes in.
Help coordinate shipping of parts, follow up with customers

22.00 hour
HOURS:
8:00am to 5:00pm / Onsite M-Th / WFH on Fridays

Coordinates with customers and field sales personnel.
Organizes events, office activities and meetings.
Order and maintain office supplies including computer inventory and maintenance.
Order and maintain adequate sales literature inventory.
Maintain up-to-date customer records.
Assists in making standard calculations to accurately compile and report statistics.
Assists in performing background research on customer accounts, prospects, competitors, and industry trends to support the sales teams activities.
May assist in drafting sales documentation, proposals, reports, and correspondence such as sales contracts and maintenance agreements.
REQUIREMENTS:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
A two year degree or equivalent is preferred.
Excel skills are a must – moderate – must be able to format and be comfortable within the system.
Must be able to use Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management software.
Requires knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, and other office procedures and terminology.
Has intermediate level of knowledge regarding principles and processes for providing customer service. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
Effective at written and verbal communication.
