Provide administrative assistance as requiredto Sales team Maintaining Sales collateral andcreating and updating Power Point presentations for Sales and Conferences department
Preparing a variety ofweekly and monthly Sales reports
Maintaining alldepartment records tracking sheets including contracts FAM trips
SPs site inspections MICE Tracking. etc Makingreservations for dining outlets arranged as part of clientsbooking
Support on preparing proposals contractsinternal BEO as required.
Blocking guest roomsand function spaces in property managementsoftware
Sets up a filing system for all relevantand important correspondence or documents.
Setsup a commercial database according to specific sources updates andmaintains the systems accurately
Update guestdatabase regularly.
Implements a daily follow upsystem.
Any other duties assigned by the Dept.
Head.
Thoroughly familiarizes oneself with the Hotels emergency procedures and is in a state of preparedness forany emergency which may occur.
He/she is familiarwith all related company documentation and especially with therelevant Operational Standards Manual for his/her field ofresponsibility.
Other duties asassigned.
Assist in Task Force Teams for newopenings.
Carry out any other reasonable task(which may not be stated here) asrequested.
Qualifications :
Minimum two year experiencewith the same position in 5star hotel and high schooldegree.
