Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Coordinator role based in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team in managing orders from quotation to delivery, including preparing quotations, processing purchase orders, and coordinating with production, logistics, and finance to ensure timely fulfillment. The role involves maintaining accurate customer records, updating sales reports, and tracking order status to provide clear and proactive updates to internal stakeholders and customers. The Sales Coordinator will respond to customer inquiries, handle basic product and pricing questions, and support the resolution of service or delivery issues in a professional and timely manner. The role also includes assisting with sales documentation, preparing basic sales performance summaries, and contributing to the improvement of sales processes and customer experience.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Sales Coordination and Sales Operations to manage orders, documentation, and coordination across departments.
- Proficiency in Customer Service and Communication to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain positive relationships with customers and internal teams.
- Basic understanding of Sales principles and processes to support daily sales activities and performance tracking.
- Good organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort with using office productivity tools (e.g., MS Excel, Word, email systems); experience with ERP or order management systems is an advantage.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling data, documentation, and order specifications.
- Ability to work collaboratively on-site in WP. Kuala Lumpur and communicate effectively with diverse colleagues and customers.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Administration, or a related field; prior experience in manufacturing or plastics industry sales support is an added advantage.
