Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing & finance team) to gather required data and prepare business-related documentation in accordance with internal standards and applicable requirements.
- Review and validate supporting documents to ensure completeness and accuracy before further processing or submission claim
- Develop and maintain expense trackers to support monitoring, reporting, and follow-up activities.
- Follow up with relevant stakeholders (sales team, distributor, store) on pending documents to ensure timely completion and proper documentation.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 years of experience in administrative or finance support roles, preferably in FMCG or a similar fast-paced industry.
- Strong attention to detail with high accuracy in documentation
- Familiar with sales agreement, claim processes, and documentation requirements.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Word
- Able to work under pressure, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and coordination skills across cross-functional teams.
