The Sales Support & Relationship Coordinator will serve as the primary liaison between Agents and Refine, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution for sales agents. This role will act as a semi-Personal Assistant (PA) to the COO, assisting with day-to-day activities while also driving agent engagement, performance tracking, and sales support. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver, an effective communicator, and a motivational leader who ensures agents are well-equipped to meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the main point of contact for all sales agents, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of queries.

Regularly engage with agents to keep them motivated, informed about new projects, promotions, and sales strategies.

Train and guide agents on project details, pricing, and sales techniques to enhance their performance.

Monitor agent performance, identify top performers, and provide constructive feedback to underperforming agents.

Address challenges faced by agents during sales processes, offering quick solutions to maintain productivity.

Oversee the entire sales cycle—from initial inquiries to deal closures—ensuring a smooth transaction experience for agents and clients.

Collaborate with sales, marketing, and legal teams to align agent activities with company objectives.

Facilitate the signing of sales agreements between agents, clients, and the company, ensuring proper documentation.

Track and report on agent performance, sales figures, and market trends to senior management.

Gather agent feedback on market conditions, client preferences, and competitor strategies to refine sales approaches.

Assist the COO in day-to-day operational tasks, including scheduling, follow-ups, and coordination.

Prepare meeting briefs, reports, and presentations as required.

Act as a bridge between the COO and other departments to ensure smooth workflow.

Organize agent meetings, training sessions, and events to strengthen relationships and showcase new projects.

Foster long-term partnerships with high-performing agents to drive consistent sales success.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.

2+ years in sales coordination, real estate support, or account management.

Strong communication & interpersonal skills—ability to engage and motivate agents.

Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to conflict resolution.

Organizational & multitasking abilities—capable of managing multiple priorities.

Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and sales tracking software.

Knowledge of real estate market trends & sales processes is a plus.

Should be well versed with agent satisfaction & retention rates.

Quality of reports & insights provided to management.
