We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator with 4–6 years of hands-on Salesforce experience to manage, configure, optimize, and support our Salesforce environment. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce administration, security, automation, reporting, data management, and user support, and will work closely with business stakeholders, developers, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions — ensuring the platform remains reliable, secure, and aligned with business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Administration & Configuration
- Administer and maintain Salesforce environments, including users, profiles, permission sets, roles, sharing rules, and security settings
- Configure and customize Salesforce using standard declarative tools
- Create and maintain: custom objects and fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, Lightning Record Pages, Dynamic Forms, and custom metadata/related configurations
Automation & Analytics
- Design and maintain business process automation using Salesforce Flow, including Screen Flows, Record-Triggered Flows, and Scheduled Flows
- Manage Salesforce reports, dashboards, folders, and analytics based on business requirements
Data Management
- Perform data imports, exports, cleansing, deduplication, and bulk updates using tools such as Data Loader and Data Import Wizard
- Monitor and maintain data quality and integrity across Salesforce
Security & Support
- Manage Salesforce security and access controls following least-privilege and organizational security practices
- Troubleshoot user issues related to access, configuration, automation, reports, integrations, and application behavior
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend appropriate Salesforce solutions
- Work with Salesforce developers and integration teams on complex enhancements and system integrations
Releases & Documentation
- Support Salesforce releases, sandbox management, testing, and production deployments
- Participate in UAT, regression testing, and release validation activities
- Maintain documentation for Salesforce configurations, workflows, security models, and business processes
Platform Health & Adoption
- Monitor system usage, adoption, storage, automation failures, and overall platform health
- Stay current with Salesforce seasonal releases and recommend relevant platform improvements
- Support user onboarding, training, documentation, and Salesforce adoption initiatives
Required Skills & Experience
- 4–6 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform administration and configuration
- Strong experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience
- Hands-on expertise with: Salesforce Flow, Profiles and Permission Sets, Roles and Sharing Rules, Validation Rules, Record Types, Page Layouts, Custom Objects and Fields, Reports and Dashboards, and Data Loader
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security and sharing architecture
- Experience managing large datasets, data imports, exports, and data quality
- Experience troubleshooting Salesforce configuration and user-related issues
- Understanding of Salesforce sandbox and deployment processes
- Familiarity with Change Sets and modern deployment approaches
- Working knowledge of Salesforce integrations, APIs, and connected applications
- Good understanding of CRM processes such as Lead, Account, Contact, Opportunity, Case, and related business workflows
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce configurations
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud
- Experience with Experience Cloud, CPQ, Marketing Cloud, or other Salesforce products is an advantage
- Exposure to Apex, SOQL, JavaScript, or Lightning Web Components for troubleshooting and collaboration with development teams
- Experience working with Jira, ServiceNow
- Preferred certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder
