:We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Team Lead with a strong background in Salesforce Administration to join our dynamic team in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Salesforce platforms and demonstrate leadership capabilities to guide a team of technical professionals. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
.Responsibilities
- :Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce administrators and developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment
- .Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements
- .Act as the primary point of contact for all Salesforce related inquiries and issues, ensuring timely resolution
- .Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- .Develop and maintain documentation for Salesforce processes, configurations, and best practices
- .Monitor system performance and user adoption, implementing improvements as necessary
- .Stay updated on Salesforce releases and features, providing recommendations for enhancements
- .Facilitate training sessions for end users and team members to ensure effective use of Salesforce tools
- .Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure successful project execution
.Mandatory Skills
- :Proven experience in Salesforce Administration, including configuration, customization, and user management
- .Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and governance
- .Experience with Salesforce data management, reporting, and analytics
- .Excellent leadership and team management skills
- .Strong problem solving abilities and attention to detail
- .Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
.Preferred Skills
- :Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder)
- .Experience with Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning)
- .Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies
- .Knowledge of integration tools and techniques (e.g., APIs, middleware)

.Qualifications
- :Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
