:We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Team Lead with a strong background in Salesforce Administration to join our dynamic team in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Salesforce platforms and demonstrate leadership capabilities to guide a team of technical professionals. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

.Responsibilities

  • :Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce administrators and developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment
  • .Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements
  • .Act as the primary point of contact for all Salesforce related inquiries and issues, ensuring timely resolution
  • .Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
  • .Develop and maintain documentation for Salesforce processes, configurations, and best practices
  • .Monitor system performance and user adoption, implementing improvements as necessary
  • .Stay updated on Salesforce releases and features, providing recommendations for enhancements
  • .Facilitate training sessions for end users and team members to ensure effective use of Salesforce tools
  • .Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure successful project execution

.Mandatory Skills

  • :Proven experience in Salesforce Administration, including configuration, customization, and user management
  • .Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and governance
  • .Experience with Salesforce data management, reporting, and analytics
  • .Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • .Strong problem solving abilities and attention to detail
  • .Effective communication skills, both verbal and written

.Preferred Skills

  • :Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder)
  • .Experience with Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning)
  • .Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies
  • .Knowledge of integration tools and techniques (e.g., APIs, middleware)
  • .Experience in managing projects in a fast paced environment

.Qualifications

  • :Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • .5 7 years of experience in Salesforce Administration and team leadership
