Responsibilities
Greet clients warmly upon arrival and assist them with check-in procedures.
Manage appointment bookings and schedule changes using our system.
Provide product demonstrations and upsell salon products to enhance client experience.
Handle phone inquiries with professionalism, ensuring excellent phone etiquette.
Maintain an organized reception area, ensuring it is stocked with necessary supplies.
Process payments accurately and efficiently while maintaining basic math skills.
Assist in managing inventory levels and restocking products as needed.
Collaborate with salon staff to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer satisfaction.
Cleaning and maintaining the salon
Emails, client messages on instagram
Creating reels for instagram, helping with content
Skills
Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
Experience with sales techniques, including upselling and product demonstrations.
Proficient in using POS systems for appointment scheduling and transactions.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Good phone etiquette to handle client inquiries professionally.
Basic math skills for processing payments accurately.
Ability to multitask in a busy salon environment while maintaining attention to detail.
