Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support daily operations of the Sales Order and Billing processes within the supply chain environment.
- Provide functional support and troubleshooting for SAP S/4HANA and surrounding systems.
- Investigate and resolve business and system-related issues in a timely manner.
- Work closely with business users to ensure smooth order-to-cash operations and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in system enhancements, testing, implementation, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between SAP and external systems.
- Support project implementation activities and system upgrades when required.
- Be flexible to support shift arrangements based on business needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 year of experience in SAP SD module support, operations, or implementation projects.
- Strong understanding of supply chain business processes, particularly Sales Order and Billing operations.
- Hands-on experience in SAP SD functional configuration and front-end business operations.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and customer-focused mindset.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SAP ABAP development or debugging.
- Familiarity with system integration technologies such as IDoc and EDI.
- Knowledge of Java, Python, and Splunk is an advantage.
- Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA environments.
