Qualifications:
- Has a Bachelor's Degree in any related major
- Has minimum 1 year of experience in General Affair and Facility Management
- Experienced working in Consumer Goods or Retail industry and familiar with the business process is a plus
- Strong communication skills with a proactive mindset an able to work with all levels of people
- Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing, high-growth environment
- Ability to work as an individual and in a team
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
Responsibilities:
- Support the General Affair Team in monitoring security and cleaning services while coordinating with vendors
- Assist in managing and maintaining daily general affairs activities, including office facilities, asset tracking, and building maintenance
- Administer, record, and track budgets for office maintenance and general operational costs
- Interfacing with internal employees regarding general affairs requests and external parties for office supplies procurement and routine services
