Role Description
To develop, monitor, and update the project master schedule, ensuring that all project milestones are met and potential delays are identified early.
Job Description
- Create a detailed Project Master Schedule (PMS) using the Critical Path Method (CPM).
- Monitor actual site progress against the baseline and update the S-Curve.
- Identify potential bottlenecks and perform “What-if” scenarios to mitigate delays.
- Integrate manpower and equipment requirements into the schedule to ensure resource availability.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
- Strong understanding of construction sequences and logic.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project planning.
- Experience in Data Center or large-scale MEP projects is highly preferred.
