The Opportunity:
The Scheduler is responsible for booking shifts, managing daily business operations, and providing reports on an ad-hoc basis. The role involves continuous improvement of services to enhance customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule staff for care departments to meet business needs.
Prepare daily assignment sheets.
Perform front desk duties.
Record attendance and manage documentation for shift exchanges, leave, etc.
Manage sick time, and attendance records in Kronos.
Assist with Unit Clerk duties as needed.
Maintain inventory of medical supplies.
Provide administrative support to leadership when possible.
Qualifications:
2+ years’ experience in scheduling or similar roles preferred.
Certificate or diploma in Office Administration or related field.
Experience with Kronos is a plus.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stress management skills.
Interpersonal skills with a caring and approachable demeanor.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
Excellent organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
Wage rate may vary based on experience and site considerations.
Wage: $24.34 per hour.
