What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Ensure patient care needs are met by maintaining an accurate Supplemental Staffing scheduling tool
Communicate scheduling information with Interdisciplinary Team members and Supplemental Staffing Schedulers to support continuity of care
Collaborate with Organizational Leadership to align schedules with team supports and educational offerings
Maintain accurate listings of Supplemental Staff team members and approved contracted clinical agencies
Prepare reporting as requested by Supplemental Staffing Leadership and participate in monthly team meetings
What Is Required (Qualifications)
High school diploma or GED; minimum of 2 years scheduling and/or administrative experience in hospice or a related healthcare field
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong documentation and organizational skills, including time management and prioritization
Basic technical skills with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
Ability to communicate effectively with healthcare providers
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with business and/or medical terminology
Additional experience in a healthcare setting
