Schedule: full-time, on-site | Monday-Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
Duration: 6 month temporary assignment until the end of 2025
Reports To: Assistant Director of Scheduling
Salary: $20-$23/hr
Job Summary:
The Scheduling Administrator will work collaboratively with the department to support the comprehensive scheduling and administrative operations. The role involves managing space scheduling and coordination, database maintenance, customer service, and administrative functions to ensure smooth operation across all spaces. Looking for a dedicated professional who can handle a demanding workload and who is extremely detailed.
Key Responsibilities:
* Schedule events and manage space usage across several event spaces and venues using the Momentus Elite scheduling system.
* Maintain precise calendars for all venues, updating date releases, and tracking space use requests in the order received.
* Respond to and monitor responses to space inquiries from internal and external constituents across 100 campus locations
* Review, approve, and resolve complex space requests and scheduling conflicts.
* Track inquiry statuses and maintain real-time updates of space availability.
Qualifications:
* Bachelors degree preferred but not required.
* Previous experience in administrative support or scheduling coordination.
* Proficiency in scheduling software (Momentus Elite is a strong plus).
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to handle complex scheduling tasks and resolve conflicts professionally.
* Excellent communication skills.
