Scheduling Specialist
Deliver outstanding customer service.
Contact new and existing customers to schedule appointments for free in-home quotes.
Respond to online inquiries via outbound calls and/or email.
Listen to customer’s needs and answer questions about products.
Determine the customer’s needs fit products offered by Durante.
Able to learn scripting and implement on each call.
Use CRM to schedule appointments based on product, location, and available sales personnel.
Exceptional follow-up with prospects and existing clients to ensure excellent customer service.
Route incoming calls to appropriate department.
Requirements:
1+ Years of Customer service, outbound sales/appointment setting.
Integrity
Customer Service Excellence.
Confident, Motivated, and outgoing
Excellent speaking and listening ability.
Excellent written communication.
Strong data entry skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
Ability to learn new software and technology.
Reliable Transportation.

Pay: $32,000.00 – $42,000.00 per year
