Seasonal HR Coordinator- Miami, FL (Onsite) Jobs in Miami, FL at Loud and Live Inc

This is a full-time, seasonal role beginning July through December 2025. It is onsite based out of our offices in Doral, and our event locations in Miami. This is not a hybrid or remote opportunity.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Human Resource Coordinator aids with and facilitates the human resource processes at all business locations. This role provides administrative support to the human resource function as needed, including record-keeping, data entry, conducting background check and overseeing screening processes for seasonal employees & brand ambassadors, as well as onsite support and HR representation at Loud And Live local events.

ESSENTIAL AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

Oversee background check screening process for all seasonal employees, brand ambassadors, and vendors for Loud And Live events.
ID verification and issuance of badges for seasonal employees at Live And Loud events.
Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions.
Completes Forms I-9, verifies I-9 documentation and maintains I-9 files.
Submits online investigation requests and assists with new-employee background checks.
Assists with processing of terminations – as needed.
Schedules meetings and interviews – as needed.
Makes photocopies; mails, scans and emails documents; and performs other clerical functions.
Files documents into appropriate employee files.
Assists or prepares correspondence as requested.
Prepares new-employee files.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Education/Certification/Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field and/or equivalent experience.
At least two years related experience required.
SHRM-CP credential preferred but not required.

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Working understanding of human resource principles, practices and procedures.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Must be able to work some weekends, or late evenings at an event.
