Full Job Description
We’re a Brooklyn-based Production & Crew Services company, and with the summer season ramping up, we’re looking to bring on a seasonal bookkeeper to support our internal operations from June 6th through December 30th, 2025. This role may grow into a full-time in-house position depending on performance and evolving team needs.
Responsibilities include weekly payroll processing, account balancing in QuickBooks Online, and managing both payables and receivables. Candidates should have hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online, Google Sheets, and Excel, and feel confident managing financial workflows. A background in restaurant, construction, or event production bookkeeping is ideal. A 2- or 4-year degree in accounting or a related field is preferred.
The role is based out of our loft office in Bushwick, Brooklyn. We’re looking for someone available at least three days per week in-office, with the option to work remotely the other two days or on a part-time basis.
