About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Seasonal Summer Employee to assist with administrative and clerical tasks during our busy summer season. This is an in-person position and ideal for a college student, recent graduate, or someone looking for temporary summer work in a professional office environment.
Responsibilities:
Perform audits of internal documents and records
Assist with organizing, filing, and maintaining records (both digital and paper-based)
Enter and manage data accurately
Make and receive phone calls as needed, including following up on information and confirming details
Provide general clerical and administrative support to the office team
Qualifications:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Adequate computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
Working knowledge of SharePoint is required
Must be comfortable and professional when speaking on the phone
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Friendly demeanor and positive attitude
