You will provide secretarial support to two Directors.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Manage the Directors’ schedules and meetings/activities, deconflict meetings with relevant parties, and ensure that Director’s schedule is optimised.
  • Ensure that meeting materials or other necessary admin tasks are prepared and made available to the Directors.
  • Ensure proper recording, mustering and handling of classified documents and assets for Directors.
  • Manage office admin and ensure proper functioning of office equipment as required by Directors.
  • Assist Directors to complete operational tasks such as submitting claims, applying for passes, registering for events.
  • Support the department in admin and logistics tasks.

Requirements

  • Diploma or equivalent qualification
  • Good Interpersonal and Communication skills
  • Good planning and organisation skills to manage multiple information and tasks at the same time.
  • Good IT knowledge and skills to navigate digital tools and systems
  • Meticulous and able to work in a fast paced environment
