You will provide secretarial support to two Directors.
Your responsibilities include:
- Manage the Directors’ schedules and meetings/activities, deconflict meetings with relevant parties, and ensure that Director’s schedule is optimised.
- Ensure that meeting materials or other necessary admin tasks are prepared and made available to the Directors.
- Ensure proper recording, mustering and handling of classified documents and assets for Directors.
- Manage office admin and ensure proper functioning of office equipment as required by Directors.
- Assist Directors to complete operational tasks such as submitting claims, applying for passes, registering for events.
- Support the department in admin and logistics tasks.
Requirements
- Diploma or equivalent qualification
- Good Interpersonal and Communication skills
- Good planning and organisation skills to manage multiple information and tasks at the same time.
- Good IT knowledge and skills to navigate digital tools and systems
- Meticulous and able to work in a fast paced environment
