Secretary/Administrator Jobs in Al Ain, UAE/Dubai at challenge investment

Responsibilities:  Draft contracts, legal submissions, and authoritative legal opinions in adherence to both UAE government and corporate regulations. Answer and direct phone calls. Greet and assist visitors. Schedule appointments and meetings. Prepare and maintain files. Type and proofread documents. Order office supplies. Manage travel arrangements. Manage social media accounts (Instagram, Tik Tok, etc.). Monitor inbound and outbound calls, various sales channels, and increase conversion.

Other administrative tasks as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

Diploma/Certificate from a recognized University. Good command of English and Arabic both written and spoken. Valid Driving License. Previous experience in a customer support role. Secretarial experience: 5 years (Required).

The ability to manage a heavy workload, with close

attention to detail

. The ability to work autonomously, reviewing your work on a regular basis while consistently meeting your objectives. Strong team working capabilities. Committed to working with all levels of management on a daily and ongoing basis. A proactive approach, working effectively in coordinating activities and complex tasks, and taking professional responsibility in all matters.
